HEALING
AFGO is all about healing, about meeting your wounds and trauma in the most compassionate way. We bring back the parts of ourselves that we had to abandon in order to survive. So that we may connect to our wholeness, to our power. So that we may embrace both love and pain and walk in the world with an open heart. So that we may feel safe enough to be in our bodies. So that our actions may come, not from a place of trigger and re-action, but from a place of freedom, empowerment and love.
SPIRIT
From this place of wholeness we reconnect with Spirit, with our Soul, we ‘Remember’. We remember who we truly are and where we’ve come from. That’s where the magic happens, when we let ourselves be touched by the Beyond. It’s the journey of surrender, of expansion, of Love, of trust, of infinity. It’s what we are longing for the most.
GROUND
And we are also human beings, in a body. We are birthed on the Earth, nourished by Earth, going back to Earth. AFGO is also a journey that is very real and very simple in some ways. The journey is designed to be deeply integrated into our daily lives. It is not separated from our daily lives. Because if we want to truly be here, we need to be connected to both Spirit and Earth.
HELD IN INTIMACY AND TRIBE
We are not meant to walk on Earth alone. We are mammals, we would not survive on our own. During AFGO the groups of strangers that comes together at the beginning, transforms into a little tribe of its own. Where we are all seen and held by each other. Where we get mirrored, where our patterns get activated, so that we can grow, heal and expand together. It is an intimate journey, with yourself and with the tribe.
PURPOSE
At the end of the journey, you will have connected with your soul’s purpose. You will be a certified breathwork facilitator, ready to bring healing and your own unique magic into the world.
ECLECTIC BREATHWORK
Breathwork brings you to an extended state of consciousness. It is a speedy and yet gentle healing technique. Through breathwork, your body releases the old limiting energies of the past, the old stories that keep us stuck in old limiting negative patterns, judgements and beliefs.
Eclectic breathwork is a style of rebirthing breathwork that strives to accommodate people from all walks of life. It is a style led by intention, from the heart. It deeply honours, acknowledges and respects each participant’s life journey and strives to help you remember who you truly are and where you have really come from.

June: Facilitating individual breathwork sessions. The science part & the magic part. You will facilitate your first sessions during this weekend

Geoffrey Smith
Master breathwork facilitator, energetic space clearer, momentarian and peaceful visionary.
Geoffrey has worked with thousands of clients across Europe. He brings to his practice more than 30 years combined experience in Tai Chi, direct teachings from Shamans from the time he lived in Papa New Guinea, 45 years of practice of meditation following the teachings of Master Thich Nhat Hanh. He is also trained in the Emotional Freedom Technique, Laughter Yoga, Shiatsu and Space Clearing.
Geoffrey brings his incredible depth and wisdom, while simultaneously being so down-to-earth (warning: be prepared for Dad’s jokes!). His approach makes the integration of your healing (almost) effortless.
Geoffrey’s unique style is both gentle and sharp. Following his profound intuition, he respects your rhythm and very lovingly guides you to your awakening. With Geoffrey, you will find your unique path to healing, self-love and empowerment.
Selma Mok Nour
An AFGO graduate who has been facilitating AFGO with Geoffrey for 2 years already. Selma creates spaces that invite your embodied expression so that all parts of you can be met, seen and held within the tribe.
Her soul’s path on this life has gifted her a profound ability to hold, surrender and welcome deep emotional pain, so that it may open the door to more Love.
She is passionate about guiding people to feel their desires, their longing and connect with their uniqueness, their soul’s purpose and their power.
She has been studying with many embodiment schools, such as Dancing Eros, Embodied Intimacy, The Gaia Method, Belly2Belly and more. She is also currently studying with the Pantarei Approach.
Helgi Breiner-Petersen
Guest teacher, Helgi will join us on two weekends to dive into the feminine and the masculine. Through Family Constellation and deepening into the family history he will support you in bringing to light and healing ancestral patterns. As well as working on your relationship to mom and dad.
He has more than 15 years of experience in self-development and spirituality. Helgi is a trained certified family and organisation-constellation facilitator, group-facilitator, fascial flow guide, mindfulness practitioner and men’s group leader. He is also an organist in 3 churches in Copenhagen.
Through his powerful kindness, presence and intuition, Helgi has the art of revealing unknown depths from very subtle shifts.

All weekends are residential and will take place somewhere on or near the Danish Island of Sjælland (the same island on which Copenhagen is situated).
